UK Delivery We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders over £100. For orders under £100, a flat rate of £5.99 applies. Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 working days.

EU Delivery A flat shipping rate of £20.00 applies to all EU orders. Estimated delivery time is 5–10 working days. Please note that import duties and taxes may apply upon arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient.

International Delivery A flat shipping rate of £23.99 applies to all other international orders. Estimated delivery time is 7–14 working days. Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Supplier-Fulfilled Items (Shopify Collective) Some items in our store are fulfilled directly by our supplier partners. These items follow the same delivery timeframes above, but may arrive separately from other items in your order. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your item has been dispatched.

Order Processing Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
